  1. Hard to say the right thing as I know (from experience) that help from strangers is quite often unhelpful and unwelcome. Help is out there though, never leave it to late to find it. Draw on the positives, sounds like there are plenty. Keep your chin up, smile often at the things you know will make you smile, there is always something to smile at.

  2. I wish I could pass along some magical advice after having gone through what you’re currently going through. All I can say is hang in there. It does get better. I know it sounds cliche, but it does get better. The best thing I did for myself during that dark time, is I kept moving forward. Even the smallest small steps make a difference. And give yourself the space to heal. Nurture yourself. Sending hugs your way.

  3. Hi Michelle. This list is incredible. And well done for sharing it. It is such a rollercoaster of positive and less positive, so you definitely have balance down right to a tee. 🙂 We’re all on this journey to become better versions of ourselves, and this week’s blogging has been such an incredible aid and remedy for me. I hope you find healing in it too. Plus, there’s all the love one receives which is an instant cure and confidence booster.
